NPC EXCALIBUR – December 5th, 2009

Once upon a time, a kingdom needed a hero. A kingdom needed someone to rise up and fight back against the warlords oppressing it. That hero was King Author… who pulled the sword Excalibur from the stone and went on to lead his kingdom against the foes and on to greatness.

How fitting that ALR has a booth at a show with such rich history as this? The symbolism is tantamount. As King Author lead his kingdom, so does Author L. Rea lead ALR and the rest of the supplement community in quality, class, and innovation. It was no surprise that the ALR booth was such a hit at the event – with such celebrities as Gina Aliotti, Alicia Harris, Tamer El Gundy, Hany Rambod, and others all stopping by to check out the products and to say hello.

Second and third place finishers in the Bikini short class also stopped by – Victoria Kirsanova and Stacy Naito!!!        

It was an amazing venue and an awesome event with over 300 competitors with around 145 participating in figure alone! San Diego locals Molly Goodwin took the win in the A class; while Dena Walsh took the win in the figure C class!

Victoria Piscopo did a knock down, awesome job working the booth. Her vivacious attitude and killer kindness gained much appreciation from competitors and guests alike. 

Once again, the ALR booth was the one garnishing the most attention. More vendors were coming by to get samples of ALR products than they would even use of their own. “Oh I love lean dreams!!!” “Poison, this stuff is awesome… can I get a few more?” – These are just a few of the phrases I heard not only from guests of the event, but from ACTUAL VENDORS. How fucking awesome is that? Come to an event to rock out your product and you are spending time at another booth, from another company, trying to get their products.

Can someone say… King Author? That’s right bitches… ALR walked into Excalibur and took the sword out of the rock. Don’t believe me? Ask around about who gave out the Overall Sword for men’s bodybuilding… that would be one Miss Victoria Piscopo… ALR… it is just how we do.
